بِسْــــــــــــــــــمِ اَللّهُِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيم
Extract taken from Weekly Tafseer Discourses : Our Respected Shaykh, Moulana Naeem Motala Saheb DB explains :
Throughout the Noble Qur’aan, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala talks about ; the horrors of the Day of Qiyamah, the beautiful Jannah (Paradise) that He has prepared for the pious (believers) and the Hell-Fire (Jahannum) that He has prepared for those who reject Him (Disbelievers) … In Surah Ad~Dahr, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala addresses the mortals on aspects related to the events of Resurrection. The disbelievers could not understand that if a person dies and his body integrates with the soil then how will this person be raised once again on the Day of Resurrection? Allah proves to them His ability to raise them in their original form by drawing their attention to man’s inception … Man’s origin from a drop of sperm.
None of us are free of sins … We are human beings (Insaan) … But, Allah has these “exit passages” for us to come out of this wretched and miserable life of vice, evil, sin and disobedience.
The fire of sin that burns in a persons heart makes him restless …
When the heart becomes infested and corroded, then a person (with even a spark of Imaan) feels some pain and regret! The enjoyment when committing sins does not stay for long … One’s heart becomes restless. The flames of sins cause it to become uneasy. It is blazing and hence searches frantically to become cooled and extinguished. It searches for peace and serenity. The sinner has lost his true direction and goal. He now wishes to seek his true Beloved … his Creator and Benefactor … his Beloved Allah!
Allah (Al Wadud) loves us! … But, Allah has put us into this world to test us … An examination that we all have to go through … We will undoubtedly go through trials and tribulations … Allah looks for numerous opportunities and reasons to forgive us and to draw us closer and closer to Him … Never lose hope in the Mercy of Allah …
‘Allah enters into His Mercy whomsoever He wishes’ ~ Surah Ad~Dahr 76:31
