Contentment of the Heart through the Zikr of Allah

bismillahh

…. … ….

Which gathering can be better than that gathering in which the Name of Allah is taken? Angels throng such gatherings in which the Name of Allah is taken …

We are weak servants, taking the name of Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala … Searching for Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala … We all want Allah  Ta’ala to love us … We all want to connect to Him…

Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala is Al-Wadood (All Loving) … HE is the source of all love … He loves us and guides us all … HE gives us so many opportunities and chances to make amends … and to search for HIM … and to look for HIM … and to connect with HIM … and to fill our hearts with HIS Love!

“Allah wants us to become His beloved ones”

…. … ….

The environment we are living in and the different types of challenges and temptations we are faced with, cause us to fall back and slip …

But, no matter what temptations and vices we have fallen into, we should make sincere Taubah (Repentance) and Istighfaar from it … If we have become victims of Nafs and Shaytaan, this does not mean that this is the end of our connection with Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala, and that we can never connect to HIM again …

We surely can Re-connect!

…. … ….

We do not know when Mauth (Death) will overtake us and when we will leave this world … So the days, hours, minutes, seconds that we have ~ Let us make this tongue of ours moist with the Zikr of Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala

“Who knows which minute or which second is a moment of acceptance?”

Allah can shower his mercy upon us and decide to forgive us at any given moment …

…. … ….

Let us move towards Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala and become conscious of Him… Every action of ours should be in conformity with the desires and commands of the Shariat of Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala …

Various types of difficulties come in our path of Sulook … but we will overcome these obstacles with the help of Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala. When we become His, then everything becomes so easy for us and we will get some Mazaa (enjoyment) of Jannah in this world …

and we will feel the “Contentment of the Heart”…

The Excellence of Reciting Durood Shareef Upon Rasullullah Salallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam and its Importance

bismillahh

Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala has mentioned in the Qur’aan Shareef :

إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّوْنَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ آَمَنُوْا صَلُّوْا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوْا تَسْلِيمًا

Verily, Allah sends Salaat (graces, honours, blessings, mercy) on His Nabi and also His Angels too (ask Allah to confer His blessings upon him.

O you who believe!  Send Salutations (Ask Allah to bless him), and (you should) greet him with a goodly salutation ~ Surah Al Ahzaab 33:56

….

Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala commands all believers to send Salaat and Salaam upon Rasulullah Sallallaahu alayhi Wasallam. This is an obligation. This is one Ibaadah (act of worship) which Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala commanded us to do and He and His Angels do the same.

Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala mentions that : Upon conferring salutations on Rasulullah Sallallaahu alayhi Wasallam, HE honours Rasulullah Sallallaahu alayhi Wasallam, elevates his stages and ranks in the hereafter and sends His Rahmah (His Mercy) unto him.

How much more important does it become for us then, who are the Ummati’s of Rasulullah Sallallaahu alayhi Wasallam to regularly send Salaat and Salaam upon Rasulullah Sallallaahu alayhi Wasallam?

 …… …… …… …… ……

May Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala give us the Taufeeq to increase our Durood and Salaam upon Rasulullah Sallallaahu alayhi Wasallam every single day.

We claim to be Aashiq’s (lovers) of Rasulullah Sallallaahu alayhi Wasallam, yet we fail to even move our tongues in praise of Rasulullah Sallallaahu alayhi Wasallam?

Rasulullah Sallallaahu alayhi Wasallam mentioned : “The one in whose presence I am mentioned and does not send blessings on me, is a miser.” ~ Tirmidhi

 …… …… …… …… ……

A Poet says :

“I find it so strange that a person says, “I remembered my Beloved”

Is your Beloved such a person, that you ‘forget’ and you have to ‘remember’?

A persons Beloved is in his thoughts and mind all the time … If you love Rasulullah Sallallaahu alayhi Wasallam and have a Kaamil Imaan then you will remember Rasulullah Sallallaahu alayhi Wasallam all the time … You would not need to be reminded of him …

It is his right over us that we should send abundant Durood Shareef upon him regularly. …

Oiling our Spiritual Hearts with Zikrullah

 bismillahh

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ ذِكْرًا كَثِيرًا
O you who have believed, remember Allah with much remembrance ~ Surah Al Ahzaab 33:41

All machinery in this world requires oiling and servicing. Similarly, this heart that works like a machine also requires to be oiled ~ to be polished ~ to be nourished and to be shined and illuminated, so that it runs smoothly … otherwise this machine will cease to function efficiently.

Because of our sins that we commit

~ sins of the eyes,

~ sins of the hands

~ sins of the tongue

~ sins of the limbs

~ sins of the heart …

big black spots cover our hearts and cause our hearts to corrode and rust … Automatically the other limbs of the body become lazy and sick, because the heart is sick.

“When this Badsha (King) is sick , the entire army becomes sick and we find ourselves in a Spiritual Low … Darkness engulfs our heart!”

And, therefore, we require this polish of Zikrullah to make our hearts shine and become bright once again.

“Zikrullah ignites the spark of the flame of the Love of Allah in our dead heart and
gives spiritual life to our heart!”

Imaan enters that heart that was full of darkness and washes away the darkness and brings radiant light and gives the heart and entire body life again …

“The Love of Allah penetrates into ones heart when darkness is eradicated…”

Oh Allah, i am Your slave … You are my Master
i am your Bandah … You are my Khaaliq … i am your Makhlook

The Zikr of ALLAH is extremely powerful … It reminds us of the Greatness of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala.

May Allah gives us the Sweetness of His Name in our Heart
